The aloe whole leaf juice or whole leaf aloe gel is a product obtained from the processing of the complete aloe leaves. Even when various techniques are used to separate aloin from the final product, this product normally contains more aloin than the aloe obtained from the inner fillet. It is mostly used by the cosmetic industry and for the animal nutrition sector.

The terms whole aloe leaf gel or whole aloe leaf juice are used in a same way for most companies. However, the product as it comes from the leave is in fact a juice. To produce a gel (mostly for external uses) other ingredients must to be added to obtain the final product known as aloe gel.
