Aloetrade America has developed various agreements with manufacturers in USA, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico to develop tailor-made equipments and machinery for aloe processing industries.

Those equipments comprises a series of machinery, tools and devices especially designed and built for different industrial requirements, mostly related to the production of aloe vera juices, aloe vera gel, concentrates and powders, with either hot or cold technologies and processes.

We don´t offer individual equipments, but a package related to an investment project, and accordingly to the customer requirements. Besides it, the equipments are designed following the different production lines projected by the customers.

In aloe industry, there are several processing methods, being the inner fillet and whole aloe leaf the most known ones. Also, aloe stabilization process maybe done by hot or cold methods. Therefore, machinery and equipment to process and stabilize aloe juice is different in each case.
