We offer technical assistance, transfer of technology and know to build up industrial factories which main purpose is the production of stabilized aloe juice and other aloe by products, either raw materials or finished products. These steps goes from engineering steps to product design.

Our transfer of technology is related to the aloe industrial process, from the reception of aloe leaves until the final stabilization of aloe juice and the formulation of finished products manufactured using aloe as main ingredient.

The transfer of technology includes information related to the layout of the plant, engineering related aspects, definition of equipments and their installation, production processes, product developments, formulas and know how to manufacture the aloe products, among other concepts.

The technical information provided to customers is offered both in written format (as handbooks, description manuals, formulas and related documents) and in location with either our personnel or subcontracted consultants.

2. Definition and selection of machinery and equipment, tools and devices to be used in the aloe processing plant. It means a recommendation on what equipment to buy and the suppliers.


3. Guidance (jointly to the supplier) to install the equipment and devices for the aloe processing plant and final adjustments. Cooperation and technical assistance on aspects of engineering and installation of equipment for processing aloe products.

 

4. Design of required infrastructure and plant layout. It is a layout design of the processing plant according to the products to be manufactured.

5. Know how transfer and technical assistance related to product development.
