ALOEFLOW HV™ – A GREEN AND ECO FRIENDLY ALOE BASED PRODUCT FOR USE AS FLOW IMPROVER IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY. DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE TRANSPORT OF HEAVY CRUDE OILS.
ALOEFLOW HV™ is a flow improver. A new and unique green product for use as flow improver at oil and gas industry. It was developed to offer an environmentally friendly flow improver and a new “green” option to improve the transportation of heavy crude oils.
ALOEFLOW™ is a plant-based extract, is biodegradable, has no chemicals, toxic components or heavy metals, and comes from a plant that is a renewable material.
ALOEFLOW HV™ is a proprietary formulation, a 99.5% natural product made from long chain polysaccharides, enzymes, amino acids and anthraquinones obtained from aloe plants, which offer excellent mechanical properties, adequate viscosity, thermal stability and molecular weight similar to synthetic polymers.
This product is manufactured by Maken Proyectos Industriales SA de CV and distributed by Aloetrade America LLC. Both products are a proprietary formulation of Aloetrade America LLC.

Reduces viscosity of heavy crudes for lifting, processing, storage and transport.

Their natural polymers have an affinity with hydrocarbons and perform an excellent drag reduction task
Reduces the frictional pressure in the flow of a duct, and reduces the loss of energy by the formation of turbulence.
The molecules of their natural polymers increase the capacity of the flow in pipelines transporting heavy oil.
It improves performance since it reduces the pressure of the line, without reducing the capacity of the pipeline.
Lower costs for less intermediate pumping stations.
Its viscosity ensures a fast flow of the crude oil, and reduces the energy consumption by up to 60%.
Provides thermal stability in high temperature environments like deserts, tropical and cold areas.
Reduces corrosion levels up to 50%

Dosage
The dose depends on the type of crude oil and the characteristics of the production well.
Dosage from 400 to 1,000 PPM.
The operation can be started with 500 to 1,000 PPM during 24-48 hours depending on conditions. Then, stabilize at the 400-500 PPM level.
